RIP Car Talk Dude

I couldn’t let the day past without at least mentioning the passing of Car Talk’s Tom Magliozzi. I have basically 2 memories of my dad growing up. 1 is that he taped every single episode of Letterman on VHS tapes and  #2 he was always listening to Car Talk.  I honestly just assumed it was on 24/7 because it was literally on the radio anytime we drove anywhere. I wouldn’t be able to recognize Tom Magliozzi face or his name, but if I heard these 2 guys talking on the radio tomorrow I’d instantly know it was Car Talk.   So RIP to the Card Talk dude who was part of my childhood without even knowing it.
